Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item within 5 days of receipt of goods (original delivery and return delivery costs will still be payable by the customer).

Damages or shortages should be reported to us via email thefrithgroup@btconnect.com within 7 days from date of invoice.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days upon receipt of goods.
