If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date you received the item, and we will issue a credit note for the price you paid for the item within 5 days of receipt of goods (original delivery and return delivery costs will still be payable by the customer).
Bespoke mounts and frames will not be refunded or exchanged and can not be returned under any circumstances .
Damages or shortages should be reported to us via email email@example.com within 7 days from date of invoice.

You can expect a credit note within 5 days upon receipt of goods.
